Social Work Internship Program We also offer an educational field placement for graduate social work interns so that they learn the participatory approach to service design with profoundly disadvantaged youth. The interns receive a special clinical program in treating clients suffering from developmental trauma (for discussion of developmental trauma, see Related Readings). They have clinical field placements in schools serving poverty level youth, and work with the instructors in the Stand Up! Help Out! Programs.
